At haircaresecrets, we collect personal information provided directly by you when booking appointments, subscribing to our beauty journal, or contacting our studio. This includes your name, email address, phone number, event dates, and personal beauty preferences.
We utilize your data strictly to facilitate studio scheduling, customize olfactive and aesthetic styling profiles, deliver client communications, and dispatch editorial newsletters if opted in.
Your personal data is strictly protected and will never be sold or rented to third-party advertisers. Information is only shared with trustworthy digital infrastructure partners bound by non-disclosure standards.
You reserve the right to review, update, or request full deletion of your personal data stored within our servers by reaching out to our privacy officer.
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
All studio and event bookings require a non-refundable retainer fee to lock dates. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Cancellations submitted less than 72 hours prior to service time forfeit the retainer fee. Rescheduling requests depend on studio artist availability.
All visual imagery, digital campaigns, photography, and site typography displayed on haircaresecrets are protected under intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of haircaresecrets Studio.
Clients are requested to arrive with clean skin and dry hair for all styling engagements unless instructed otherwise by their assigned artist.
