  When it comes to heat, less is more. So the Original Iron has Variable Temperature Control from 100°C to 200°C. For a range of hair types. Meaning you can style at the safest temperature that works for you. Because no hair is the same.

  Forget the worry of forgetting to turn off your styling tool, with Hibernation Mode. Once a tool has been inactive for 30 minutes, the safety feature will kick in and your tool will automatically switch itself off.

How to Use

Remove the iron from its heat resistant guard. Plug into the mains and turn on using the power switch.

A light will glow and remain green on the middle setting on the temperature control panel, lower lights on the temperature panel will flash then remain green once the selected temperature is reached.

To select a different temperature, press the temperature switch up or down. Indicator lights will flash green and then glow steadily when the desired temperature is reached. Do not use until the indicator light has stopped flashing, allow the iron to heat or cool as needed. The maximum temperature can be reached within 20 seconds. When the iron has reached the desired temperature, begin styling. Only use the iron on clean, dry hair.

When you have finished styling turn off the iron using the power switch and unplug from the mains power supply.

After use place the iron into its heat resistant guard and store in a safe place. Never wrap the cord around the iron.

Warranty

All CLOUD NINE products come with a standard warranty that lasts from the day you buy for one year. You can extend Iron and Wand* warranties to three years if you register your product within 14 days of purchase.

An issue within the warranty period? We'll repair or replace your product for free. For problems outside of warranty, contact our Customer Experience Team through our Help Centre for advice on next steps. Please note that if you haven’t registered your Iron or Wand for extended warranty, we can't honour the extended warranty.

*Excludes The Original Cordless Iron which has only a 1 year warranty and a 6 month warranty for the battery.
